Introduction

PequeJuega (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is developed by Roger Castells. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our educational game application designed for children ages 2-6.

We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. PequeJuega is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy laws.

PequeJuega does not collect:

Local Device Storage

The App stores the following information locally on your device only (this data never leaves your device):

• Game progress and achievements
• Sticker collection progress
• App preferences and settings
• Session play time (for parental dashboard)

This local data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.

Purchase Information

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which receives:

• Anonymous purchase receipts
• A random, anonymous user identifier

Crash Reports (Optional)

If the App crashes, basic technical information (device type, operating system version, crash logs) may be sent to help us fix bugs. This information is anonymous and contains no personal data.

How We Use Information

The limited anonymous information we receive is used only to:

• Verify in-app purchase status
• Improve App stability and fix bugs
• Understand general usage patterns (e.g., which games are most popular)

We do not use any information for:

• Advertising or marketing to children
• Creating profiles of children

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the limited data we handle. Since we do not collect personal information from children, there is minimal data at risk.
